Jose graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from FIU in July 2018. Throughout his early career in outpatient ortho, Jose realized there were many frustrations that he had with the current outpatient model. Most practices either prioritized volume as in-network providers or exploited the need for 1-on-1 care and out-priced the majority of our communities in need of care.
In 2020, two short years after graduating PT school, he decided to take a leap of faith and enter private practice ownership. Jose quickly realized that there was a dire need for business and marketing literacy education in our field. Through learning from other professions and developing a passion for marketing, sales, and branding, Jose is now the founder of two (and growing) 2,000 plus square foot facilities in Miami, Florida and is looking to introduce a completely different approach and model in physical therapy.
